Information
Continental breakfast: €28 - Menu of the day (for dinner only, excluding drinks): €90 - Children’s meal from €30. Tourist tax: €1.50 per person and per night.
On prior reservation, well-educated pets are authorised in the hotel on payment of a €40 supplement per day and per animal (excluding food). Not authorised in the restaurant and around the pools.
Net rates in euros per room and per night for one or two people including taxes and subject to modification without prior notice. Please check the booking and make a note of our general terms and conditions of sale. Our room rates are indicated on the basis of the taxes currently in force and are subject to modification on the basis of the taxes that apply at the time of your stay.
Because of our reception capacity, cancellations have a major impact on our Hotel. Therefore, we are forced to apply a strict sales policy and suggest that you take out travel insurance.
General terms and conditions of sale
Reservations can only be guaranteed if accompanied by a credit card and a deposit, the amount of which depends on the length of the stay (minimum of 30% of the stay booked, 50% for the Season and the Summer Season) and one night per room booked, deductible from the final invoice at the end of the stay. In the case of the late payment of the deposit, Le Maquis hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
Partial Cancellation: for any last-minute reduction in the stay (shortened stay or deferred arrival 7 days or less before the arrival date initially booked), the full amount of the stay as defined when the booking was confirmed will be outstanding.
Total Cancellation: cancellations must be confirmed by letter, fax or e-mail sent to Le Maquis hotel.
- Season and Summer Season: refund of deposit for cancellations received at least 30 days before the planned arrival date. 50% refund of deposit for cancellations received at least 15 days before the planned arrival date. No refund of deposit for cancellations received less than 15 days before the planned arrival date.
- Discovery Season and Inter Season: refund of deposit for cancellations received at least 15 days before the planned arrival date. No refund of deposit for cancellations received 15 days before the planned arrival date.
Complete cancellation less than 7 days before the planned arrival date or no-show at the hotel on the planned arrival date: the full amount defined by the booking confirmation will be invoiced by Le Maquis hotel as compensation and the stay booked will be cancelled automatically.

Customers are reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 121-21-8 12 of the French "Code de la consommation", the withdrawal right provided for in Article L. 121-21 of the aforementioned "Code de la consommation" does not apply. The sales conditions relating to the booked room rate define the cancellation and/or amendment terms and conditions of the booking.
